Apparently today was a good day to discuss some ancient ales. The first link I have for you is about a Cal Paly Professor that discovered a 45 million-year-old strain of yeast. Not that exciting? Well here’s the kicker. He brought that yeast back to life and brewed beers with it. Check out the link here for more about that.
