Just a reminder this weekend (Sept. 18th) from 4pm to 10pm at the Manhattan City Park Pavilion there is the Little Apple Oktoberfest 2010. It costs $25 if you order before and $30 at the gate. You get German food, German music, and a 1 Litre Spaten mug. Spaten will be there as well as Tallgrass. Get your tickets soon as there are a limited number of tickets.
UPDATE: Apparently the tickets are now not being sold at the door and the early bird tickets are sold out. I know. This sucks. But there are still 200 tickets available. I forgot to mention earlier that you get to keep the 1 Litre mug. And also lucky for all of us Tallgrass decided to partner with several Aggieville business to offer 1 Litre beer specials. That’s right 1 Litre of beer. Here’s a list of who you should visit; The Ale House, The Purple Pig, Auntie Mae’s Parlor, and Kathouse Lounge.
I see that people keep searching for Oktoberfest in Manhattan and I’m sad to say that it is over. It happened on September 18th. The good news though is that it went over so well that it will likely be back next year and bigger yet. I will try to keep you updated as it gets closer to September 2011.
